Why Ghana?

“AKWAABA”, It’s an expression you will hear several times during your travels around Ghana. It means welcome—and you will be. Welcome to the “centre of the world”, a land of idyllic tropical beaches, fascinating historical heritage and rich cultural variety. A nation boasting the reputation as the second most peaceful country  in Africa—and certainly one of the friendliest. Experience Ghana with us.

Location

Essentials

Sure. We've curated this trip in a way that suits travellers that have already locked in their December plans in Accra. We can also arrange accommodation on your behalf if required.

Why would you want to?! But in case you do, enquire about a private tour here where one of our agents will assist you in arranging a fully bespoke itinerary [*itinerary changes are not applicable for group tours].

You have the option to either pay the full amount upfront or secure your seat with a 10% deposit. The remaining balance must be settled in full strictly seven days before the tour commences. Unfortunately, once a deposit has been made it is non-refundable.

Good news, there isn’t. Each activity is curated to be a holistic experience for all ages. However, please carefully read the itinerary and use discretion to determine if this trip is suitable for you and any additional party.

Yellow fever vaccination certificate is required for all travellers aged 9 months or over, while other vaccinations are recommended (please find out from your local health authorities of further vaccination recommendations).

Masks are no longer mandatory in Ghana, though if you would feel more comfortable wearing one during the tour you are most welcome to. We monitor the wellbeing of our staff and have mandated regular temperature checks to ensure they are healthy. Guides and drivers are also encouraged to sanitise as often as possible. Our vehicles are thoroughly sanitised prior to each tour and transfer—we’ll ensure each vehicle will be stocked with the necessary PPE at your disposal.
